Tada! Here is my first yoga video ever. I’ve been sitting on it for a while now, editing, learning how to “host” videos online and other fun technical stuff like that.
I recorded this video while on vacation in Colorado, and to get to the pine meadow where it takes place I had to hike across a river in fishing waders (with my laptop and yoga mat in tow).
A simple and short yoga lesson created for beginners. Focuses on centering and grounding. The entire series is seated and is intended to help you get grounded in your mind, body and spirit. It’s about 28 minutes long.
This is the first of many yoga videos to come so there is room for improvement particularly with the sound. I’d love to hear your feedback.
